Ryan, try a reboot once again on the device.

 

If still no good, you will want to backup your PlayBook using the BlackBerry Desktop Software and then reload the OS.

It worked but it is likely to stop playing music because I bad it on for a while and that was when it wouldn't play

It stayed at the turn off screen when I shut it off but it never shut off the screen was just glowing but I finally got to shut off
