Playbook won't charge

About a week ago I plugged my Playbook in to the charger.  The green/yellow charge indicator light showed that the battery was charging but the charge meter icon showed no change in power level after several hours (over night).  I tried both the charger that came with the playbook and the rapid charger and had the same results.  I tried several of the suggestions found on this site and others but had no luck.  The power in the battery continued to go down and now the battery is completely dead.  I am getting absolutely no response from the playbook.  I've only had the Playbook for 6 months and up until now I have had no problems.  Help!

Did u try the hard reset?

Yes I tried that a few times.  No luck.  And yes I am in Canada.

Hi mollyhatt,

I am going through the same issue at the moment (after only one month!!) and my only advice to you (after trying everything on here) is to get it into the retailer in which you purchased it and get them to send it away for fixing.

My retailer told me it should be back in a week possibly a week and a half. Before that I wasted a week trying to fix it myself when in all possibility I would have had my PlayBook back by now!!
