You need to call your PlayBook support number.

Don't worry if it's passed the 90 day period, try anyway. RIM has been very generous helping to get users up and running again.

OK, just got off the phone with BB Playbook support.  I could not have been more pleased with the service, it was outstanding.   While I was on the phone, we tried the same things that were recommended here and of course none of them worked.  You were right, the support for my Playbook has been graciously extended and they issued an RMA for returning my Playbook for service.  I'm very pleased, hopefully they can figure out the problem.  Thanks again for everyone's help here.
