Try an connect it to the pc and coonect to it via the desktop software,
also can hold power for 10 seconds to reboot , think you tried the factory reset method.
Perform shallow discharges. Instead of discharging to 0% all the time, lithium-ion batteries do best when you discharge them for a little bit, then charge them for a little bit.
If there is no light activity, hold the power button only for not more than 20 seconds. Make sure you are connected to the charger and leave it connected for 6 hours.
the playbook battery is so low that it will take several hours for it to charge. When the battery is this depleted it will not run even when plugged in giving the sign something is wrong. Just plug it in and let it alone for several hours or even jus leave it plugged in for a day or 2 it will not hurt anything but it will take a long time for the battery to come back
I leaved charging all saturda, all sunday, half monday, half tuesday. I promise I wont turn it on tomorrow morning, I will let it charging until tomorrow night.
