i have had no luck doing power point slides with slides to go.  any suggestions?

What error your're getting?  Is the app available in your device? Have you face any issue earlier?

i had this issue as well. Can you see the slideshow to go app? if not i shut down my playbook completely and did a hardreset then i went to the app and opened it again then it worked.

i do see the slides to go.  i loaded pp slides in doc file. but slides to go dont see them .

I dont see power point to go, only word and sheet to go. Once I power off, what is a hard reset? How do I do that?

Sorry for the delay on this answer I was "Eastering"!! Hold the power +volume up+ volume down for 20 seconds. There are several other posts in the forum that can give you more detail on this if it doesn't work. Happy Easter

Thanks.  I did the reset and now I see them and they work.  They look pretty!  

Looking thru the slides, the "styles" part of the slides do not show on the slide, i guess Slides To Go does not reconize them.  I may have to dumb it down on the styles.

Just a follow up note on the Slides2Go, I replaced the Styles wording with a png picture and they look fine.  Also, I had to change the tiff pictures to png for them to show in the playbook.

But it is all good now.
