Previously purchased apps not available for reinstall

Three Playbook apps I purchased (Dead Space, Madden and SimCity), are not showing up in the Uninstalled list in App World so I am unable to reinstall them. How can I get them back?

See if you can fresh your appworld- hold down
N the alt key while pressing r s t

Hi - I've tried resetting App World with RST, and also resetting the Playbook itself, but no luck unfortunately.

try contacting the vendors - they may be able to resend the registration key (if there is one).  I had a similar issue with documentstogo and that worked OK - no extra charge.

Are they showing up in the "Installed" list? If so, did you try swiping to the left from the main screen? OS 2 has multiple screens, similar to the iPod Touch, and many of my apps moved there automatically with the upgrade.

You've got apps purchased in the wrong region.

EA publishes games in the US and International. Have you been in or out of the US lately?

You need to contact PlayBook Support by phone, and explain that you can't download your apps and need a refund. After that, you can pay for them again and all will be good.

That was precisely the problem, John, and App World billing support have indeed been very helpful in sorting the issue out - telling me to buy again and then issuing a refund.
