Problem about Unknow server error

This is my first time using blackberry, when I switch on my playbook, it got the update.

After finish, I got the language selection, wifi, time...........

While go the BlackBerry ID page, I got the problem, Unknow server error(-6)

I regist id on playbook and website, but still got the above error message.

 

How can i fix that, beacause it should not be the connection problem. I tested

Reload the BlackBerry Tablet O/S using BlackBerry Desktop Software

i have the same problem. i bought mine from france. first time i opened and it wanted to make update and i said ok. updated and opened. But in the blackberry id screen it says "unknown server error". I red the sollutions and i try to update via desktop software as written. But when downloading tne software it always giving an error: "An error has occurred while downloading the BlackBerry® Tablet OS. Please try again" and try to begin download again. i cannot download update. i tried different net connections but still the same. i'm working since 2 days and my tablet still not working. please help me!!!

Open your desktop manager software, make sure your playbook is turned off. Connect the playbook to the computer. turn on the playbook, you will see on the computer screen you will see update. It will appear very quickly, select it and follow the onscreen instructions.

i installed factory firmware with desktop manager than tablet wanted to new firmware for install.i installed it and now it working correctly
