Problem regarding BB Playbook

Dear Team,

 

I'm using BB Playbook synced with my BB 9900 along with desktop software. I'm facing issue when i connect my Playbook with desktop software, it detects the playbook, do the backup but when i would like to sync my music or video from my computer to playbook it flashes a message, A problem occured while attempting to connect your blackberry device.

 

I have reinstalled the desktop software 2 twice but facing the same issue. Can you please guide how to fix this issue.

I think you must check your connection cable, because if your cable cannot connect properly the device cannot copy the file that you want

Make sure you are using a main rear PC USB port, not a hub or front PC port, and see if that makes a difference.
