The boot process will stop ( as in your case) if there is insufficient juice in the batteries. Connecticut to the charger it came with. Leave it for 5 hours and try the reboot again.
IT reboots again and when reaches the blackberry logo then blacks out...it think its not off since i need to press the power botton steady and hold it for 12 seconds then shuts down. then i have to press power button once to have it onagain. to the point the DM finishes the indicator and it say "Loader unavailele to boot please input the password
When I do it, there is no need to "press power button to have it on again". It will turn itself on when it's ready. why are you manually powering it on whilst connected to usb?
