Problem with blackberry I'D login

I have registered my PlayBook with my email id but I didn't follow my email on setting password so the link got expired in a day.. I generated a new password then, but when I login with it, my PlayBook says that I am a different user and only one user can prevail. 

 

Please help me with this because I am not able to download apps from the store!!!

I suggest you click on http://worldwide.blackberry.com/ap/id/  and login with the Blackberry ID you want to use.

 

If that is successful then ASSUMING you have not made any purchases and don't yet have any important data in the Playbook. ..

Make sure you have a wifi to connect to.

Go to Settings (Gear sign when swiping diagonally from top RH corner)

Security

Security Wipe

 

That will remova all data and settings and the ID from the Playbook

When it restarts it will load the operating system from new.

Use the Blackberry ID that you tested above when asked.

You should then be able to buy apps etc.

actually you dont need appworld to install blackberry application, you can use offline dan use jad file for install application

 

Press the Accept as solution Button when u got the Solution
