I recently had to do a security wipe on my Playbook (w/OS Beta 2.1.0.560) and was forced back to OS 2.0.1.358.

Right now I am no longer able to update my Playbook to the BETA release from:

https://developer.blackberry.com/devzone/register

I enter PIN and email but after more than two hours no updates are available yet.

Can someone please help?

Strange thing is that today after the security wipe the Playbook automatically downloaded 2.1.0.560.

Unfortunately Android apps were no longer working.

I hope 2.1 is promoted to official soon then... It's really painful to go back to 2.0.

Hmmm... I didn't check personally availability of 2.1 beta. But may be you should wait 24 hours before install it again. Please, check it and post here your result.

Bad Luck, after 24 hours the beta update is not available yet.

I guess they've really pulled it from download.

Playbook OS Beta 2.1.0.560 seems to be still available here:

https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/betas/register

This version of OS 2.1.0.560 does not contain end user features such as: email, calendar contacts, video store, etc.

However I needed it to work with some Android applications and tried to download it anyway.

Apparently everything is back in place.
