Redundant notification

I keep getting a notification in top left corner of my playbook of a failed download. How can I prevent or reset this.

In browser settings General make sure that remember open tabs is off, then in browser settings Security n privacy, do Clear All

 

If that fails, backup, security wipe, restore data only.
