Returning Playbook

So I have tried for the third consecutive day to connect to Wi-fi at home and to no avail. Funny thing is when i first got the PB it connected just fine at home not sure what happpend.

Anyway...does anyone know how to go about returning this PB? Should I go to the vendor I purchased it from or do I contact Blackberry (Feel free to jump in BB technical support) to see if they can send me another one...maybe I got a lemon?

Sigh...don't wanna get rid of it but willing to try another PB to see if that makes a difference.

Re: Returning Playbook

Try the dealer no? How old is it? Or how long did you buy it and use it?

Re: Returning Playbook

I only had one problem with connecting to wifi, and the problem was the channel of my router, not the PlayBook.

To be honest it's a very good tablet, but I am frustrated that there are a lack of apps in the field I need.

If you can find apps that meet your needs, I would say keep it.
