I was FORCED into a update after I had already updated last week, and this time thwe Playbook was reset to factory settings so I lost everything
Now I am trying to setup the e-mail accounts again, but sincer I do not remember what are the settings for the Rogers e-mail account I am hoping that somebody can help me with that, I do remember that I can not use the same setting as my desktop because the desktop use the POP3, and the Playbook is incapable of using that POP3 because Rogers is using Yahoo as a background server
Also, if I could get how to setup the CARDDAV and CALDAV for the Rogers accounts

You can look up your carrier's e-mail settings from the website.
That link above should give you all the information you need to add your Rogers e-mail account(s) to the PlayBook.
I know a few who have used car/calDAV and owncloud to sync contacts and calender entries. I have never used it, and cannot really comment.
That link mis only for mthe Iphone/Ipad, and the information there does not work with the Playbook, this is whay I ask here and did not go the the Rogers website as this website catter only to Apple for the mobile e-mail

The POP setting does not work with the Rogers account(s), it only work with the desktop programs,

Sorry you are correct... I use IMAP settings I use are below:
ATT is my ISP and they use Yahoo for email provider.

The Settings in this link that you already provided above, are for Iphone or Ipad ( I do not know which of the Idevice has e-mail), but those settings are for the Apple devices and it is stated so on the page
