I activated my PlayBook two weeks ago without issue. Now when I try to update the latest OS I get "could not connect to the update server (2032)" .I have connected and confirmed I am working on a strong wifi connection. If I try to connect to the desk top soft ware it tells me I have not activated my Playbook yet. I can't do anything with it other than reconnect to wifi. I`ve tried powering off, using different wfi access points, nothing. Its a brick. Any ideas

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Hold down the power button for 10 seconds so the Playbook resets and then reattempt the update.
If it fails again, try a different hotspot if possible.

Hello Ferret,
Could you please be more specific on the error code? Im sure it means something rather than rebooting the Playbook or trying another hotspot. I'm seeing many people like myself with this error lately, i have previously upgraded the OS and only in the last couple of weeks i have seen this.
