Software update help

I have a blackberry playbook and it asks me to update the software to version 2.1.0.1314 and I click it. Every time it tries to download it always says "the software update was interrupted. Pleas save any work and restart the table to try again". Ive done that many times but it still will never update, how can i fix this?

Are you doing it via a PC or by playbook itself?

 

Do you have Blue Tooth turned off?

 

Did you try to restart it and then apply update?

via the playbook, and bluetooth is off so it has to be on to update then? and im trying it again with bluetooth on then
