StIcKy FOR THOSE WISHING TO RESTART TO FACTORY SETTing

why is there not something up there as this seems to be a very common requirement..another quick question..when posting a question on here why does the subject line fluctuate between caps and small letters..for one of the MODS please

Create the complete and detailed  post with detailed instructions and we'll get it stickied. 

 

Your other issue is a bug when posting from the playbook and has been brought to Lithium's attention in the past. Thanks for mentioning it again. It really has nothing to do with the moderators.

That's just the thing J, I am not totally sure what the steps would be to go to factory settings. Relative newbie compared to some of you and would definately want to make sure it had all the correct steps. Could you also look in on "Inability to setup playbook" post..I believe what this person needs is a factory reset, maybe I am wrong and there is another solution

Here's the Knowledge Base article to security wipe the PlayBook which is the same as a factory reset.
