Is there a way to speed up opening? Tablet is pretty fast except for the opening; It is interesting to see colors on the screen changing slowly, but this process takes too long!

That is just how long it takes. Nothing you can do about it.

Don't turn it off. It will go to sleep after a few minutes of non use. You can wake it up immediately by swiping from the top right corner to the bottom left.
