Still cant use my Blackberry Playbook after 2weeks

i bought a 16gb Blackberry Playbook 2weeks ago and i cant use it till now.tried all shorts of Wifi but still it prompt on the Software Update 'could not connect to the update server.(2011) or (3001)'..Is there anybody or anyshops in Singapore willing to solve the issue i had and help me on it?im getting frustrated with the Software Update issue now...Please Please help me on the matter

Update via the PC desktop software over USB instead?

When you do update via Desktop, make sure wifi is turned OFF otherwise it messes up :smileyhappy:

well i tried updating through usb n link through Blackberry Desktop still cant activate my PB...its an headache trying connecting it...do anyone know any shop in Singapore that can activate it?if cant activate its like a waste buying a complicated tablet...
