I have two problems with my Playbook:
1) Video chat only works one way
Whenever I try to initiate a call with my friend it seems to work at first, it rings and he can choose to accept the call. But it never establishes a connection. Eventually I just get the message that "the person I'm trying to call is temporarily unavailable". The thing is, it works when he's calling me. And I'm pretty sure it used to work before I upgraded to OS 2.0.
Does anyone else have a similar problem? It's definitely not the firewall as I opened all necessary ports. I wish I could look at some log files to see what's happening exactly
2) What to do about dirt under the screen?
Can it be removed by sending the Playbook to RIM? It's really annoying because it's visible most of the time. I think it's dust or just some other dirt that's stuck under the screen. It wasn't there when I first got my Playbook, don't know when I first noticed it.
I got the Playbook through the first Free Playbook Offer from last year, so I no longer have 90 day support. Should I just try to call RIM or does somebody have a support email address? I found some support page that said I need to supply my credit card information but I'm hesitant to do that before I know what it would cost me.

I think (I could be wrong) the 90 days activate from the first time you register or call them.
I'd try that, because I wouldn't trust a repair shop removing dirt from the under the screen.
