Sync video from Playbook to Computer

I have videos taken from my Playbook that I want to download onto my computer, but when I go through the online instructions to doing that, the process ends with an error message saying my device is not compatible with that feature.  Is there no way of downloading videos off the Playbook?

I have no problem just dragging and dropping videos from my PB to my computer. Are the drivers loaded correctly when connecting your PB to the computer?

I've downloaded software from www.blackberry.com for media sync several times and each time it says download was completed successfully, and yet when I try to sync the videos, I get the error message mentioned above.  Do I need to do anything else to ensure the proper drivers are installed?

You downloaded the Media Sync software...
