Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using a tablet Seriel Number: <Personal Content Removed> in Cambodia and did not work over two weeks (Can not turn on) after buying over 2months from Sanfrancisco, USA. I would like to send back your repair center, so could you tell me where should I send from Cambodia? you can contact me<Personal Content Removed>

Did you put Cambodia in the setup screen? If so then if you browse on a working pc url blackberry.com/support and follow the trail you may get either to a number, or a 90 day support registration page with a phone number.
Failing that contact the US store.
And please delete your phone number and Playbook PIN number from your personal details.
