Thank you BB for destroying a FATHER'S day SURPRISE gift

I am so angry right now, I'm ready to return the Playbook I just bought. We received a welcome message when I registered the Playbook which I deleted from our joint email acct so that my husband wouldn't see it before tomorrow. But little did I know there would be MORE!!!!! And that he would see them. I am just sooooo mad. I was frigging supporting this f-ing company with my purchase and the over enthusiastic people at BB OVERDO their welcome! I can't speak anymore and it's not my fault for using a joint email address it's BB fault for trying too hard. GDI.

Re: Thank you BB for destroying a FATHER'S day SURPRISE gift

When you bought it and set things up I am sure there was a check box that said un-check if you do not want reserve any emails from RIM or in the user agreement. So I am sorry that what you wanted do do did not work as planed but RIM did nothing wrong.

We definitely understand how you feel for the things that didn't go as planned. We may not provide you a solution to this scenario but you can always drop by post a thread and vent out. There are RIM employees that drop by every now and then to read posts and this feedback will definitely be read.
By the way, welcome to the Blackberry Support Community Forums

100% NOT their fault.

It IS your fault for using a joint email address. And it IS your fault for setting it up before giving it to him.....

I support what mkr10001 has to you. Definitely it's sad to know that you couldn't surprise your hubby but there no fault with RIM. Nothing would happen if you would just hand it over to your hubby.

Anyway don't turn back on RIM. PlayBook is really impressive device.

@mkr10001 You need an anger management course from the tone of your email.
Chill, my dear! Do you own shares in RIM?
I have for a few years so if anyone would defend
RIM, it is me.
Peace!

Ya, ya, okay. I was wrong. And okay I won't turn my back on RIM. Glad to hear it's a good device. Hubby is using it now. Again, thanks -some of you- for letting me vent.
