Trouble signing in to Bbid on playbook

I currently have a Bbid on my curve and recently got a playbook. When I try to sign on on my pb it says my username and password don't match. When I use the same info on my curve or online it works. Any ideas?

Hi klpatzer,

1. Carefully check that you enter correct BBID and password.
2. Security Wipe your PlayBook (don't forget to back-up your data).
3. For testing purpose, change your password to very simple one to try it on your PlayBook.
4. Call to tech support.
