Troubleshooting Active Sync

Hi @all,

 

is there a way to troubleshoot the Active Sync connections on a Playbook?

I am using the PlayBook activated on a BDS.

 

I get only an error saying "the server is not responding". I cannot see anything on my Serverlogs.

 

What is the device doing?
