Unable to download bridge

I have been using the bridge application ever since I got my playbook, but the bridge application only worked for 2 days, after which my tablet kept on saying it cant find my phone. I followed online support which suggested I re-download app world in order to reinstall bridge. I did this, and it worked! A week later, and my bridge app stopped working again. I tried to delete it and my phone froze. I restarted my phone and the bridge app was gone. However, I cant reinstall it because when i try to do so through app world, bridge doesnt give me the download or reinstall option, it just tells me what the app is for. I tried downloading app world again as previously done, but I still cant download the bridge app.

What can I do to sort this problem?

regards,
Charl

Re: Unable to download bridge

ON that AppWorld screen for Bridge, at the top center, do you see a small up arrorw like this ^  ?

Click on that for the reinstall or download option.

Re: Unable to download bridge

On the AppWorld screen for bridge, there is no arrow unfortunately, it just gives me the name and description?

Re: Unable to download bridge

Double check that... make sure. I've seen users not notice it.

Re: Unable to download bridge

still nothing. It gives me the main heading with the bridge logo next to it at the top, and nothing else, and then the summary, screen shots etc. below that.

The second option I gave, the link above? Then you aren't following the instructions.

If you'd say a bit more than "it won't give me" I might could help you.

WHAT is that you are doing now, you're not clear.

Re: Unable to download bridge

Ok, I go into App world, then in the search bar at the top, I type in "Blackberry Bridge", then it gives me the search results, in 4 different categories i.e "all" "apps" etc. Then I click on the "app" option. Then appworld goes to the different results, of which one reads "Blackberry Bridge". I click on that option and wait for the loading process. once in the app, right at the top it gives me the bridge logo on the left, with the name "blackberry bridge" next to it. Below that, in different tabs, there is the summary, screen shots, reviews, etc. Nowhere is there a download or reinstall option as it should give me. Each of the options you have given me, keeps diverting me back to app world, to start this whole process again. The arrow ^ as suggested, is nowhere to be found. If I scroll down into the summary, the arrow appears in the top centre of the screen. When I click on it, it just shows me the main header again, with no download or reinstall option.
