Unable to start my playbook

I have my tablet for less than 2 years. For 3 days I am unable to start it. A red light flashes. The battery is full. When I plug the device there is nothing going on. I tried to reset by pressing the volume buttons and boot button, but nothing works.

Please help. If I can't restart, I think to change for a other tablet company.

Connect your PlayBook to the wall outlet charger.

Let it charge a while, and then press the power button ONLY for 20 seconds.

What do you see from on screen or the red LED?

Why do you think battery is full? Without starting it you can't tell.  it's most likely another broken charge port. Try a rapid charger using the magnetic port.

Today I bought a new fast magnetic charger. I am still unable to restart my tablet. The only difference, the red light flashes once then four quick shots every 5 seconds.

It's trying to boot now but "red plus 5 yellow" says "not enough charge to boot". Leave it on charge overnight.

After a night of charging with my new magnetic charger ... Nothing new. I am still unable to restart. I'm really discouraged.

Leave it on charger and hold the on button in 20 seconds.  seeif it boots up.

 

By the way do you have continuous green LED now?

And, KEEP the magnetic charger connected while you press the power button for about 20 seconds.

I don't have a green light. I fallowed all the recommandations but nothing works.
