I logged in, and remains fine.

My Web browser, previously fantastic is now not so fantastic. On 3 non related websites tonight I couldn't enter text, the keyboard popped up and disappeared just as quickly. Browsing generally is slower. On an espn page I use on a regular basis the text is loading blurred. Also I could not get the lovely new official wikipedia application to load its front page. That well rated app has had two one star reviews since this latest playbook update was released, Can someone tell whoever authorised this latest playbook update to cancel their weekend and get a fix released ASAP? Please.

Guess what? It seems to depend on which "angle " you use to open Google. Strange. Just after I wrote my post, I tried to open Google again, directly entering the Web address to the browser, instead of using my saved favorite. Now the website works fine.

Yahoo seem to work OK. Did not try Bing, never use it.

I was just wondering

post install, I'm getting email from both gmail accounts I sign into on the playbook.
however I'm not seeing ANY calendar events that are (auto) created via google finance under one of these two goole accounts. by that I mean events I track for stocks in my google portfolios (eg earnings calls, etc). None of these are showing.
although I just created an ad hoc event for my 2nd google account from an android phone showed up in playbook within 1 minute after I refreshed the playbook calendar.
Moreover, the "month" and "day" view of the calendar does not work for me. I have my calendar default to "week" view. But switching to "month" shows a blank, white screen, and switching to "day" shows a calendar icon only.

Yea, that's a known bug or glitch in the last couple of OS upgrades. RIM should be aware of this, but it would help if you would call your PlayBook support # and report it.

I now find that the Google search box works normally so it must have been a temporary glitch.
