Hi,
As a side-note on this whole issue with the contacts:
If you see any missing contacts check all contacts that have additional links on them and validate them. I found that after installing the initial RTM of 2.1 I had a few missing contacts. However, the issue was that the contacts app had decided to randomly link various contacts together that are not related in any way. Thus once I had validated all my linked contacts and fixed the links all my contacts were back to how they were.
Cheers
Lionel

Does it worth updating from 2.0.1.358?

When is the next update for PlayBook? The latest has obviously caused problems for many. Personally I'm overall happy with it but I have several apps on my Playbook that worked perfectly before but since update 2.1.0.1088 I have apps which now open and just freeze. Check out the previously top rated wikipedia application on Appworld, nothing but negative reviews and complaints since the last update. That said I am looking very forward to BB10.

So is it better not to update?

My opinion is that any update is a good thing. RIM only release updates to improve so play it safe and do a back up and then update but then if you're not having problems you could simply wait for the next release. Probably not the most helpful advice so maybe check back in a day or two and see what others advise.
