Can you try using a different USB port to your PC?
Try rebooting your PC.

Sina, we don't know what all you have tried or done. You haven't told us.
So, please let us know ALL that you have done to rectify this and let's see if anyone has further suggestions.

all i have done isthis:first i bouhgt PB conect it to pc and update it to 2.1.0 than i cant install android app with ddpbinstaler,after a week a new update was availible so i conect my device to pc and open bb deskctop software,turn pm off and update my device to 2.1.1088 after updating finish,the final step that dconecting device to pc,took longer than one hour.than i dicconected my device and pb was turned on and works,but i cant sync it,so i decide to restore it again and i do the same procces,but no way ( now when i conect my pm to pc and open desktop software,nothing happens ( just a popup message said: blackberry desktop software cannot communicate with the conected device.

I have decided, after reading of some of the potential downfalls of upgrading, not to upgrade. Is there any way to get the Playbook to stop offering me or asking me to upgrade?
