I downloaded the Desktop upgrade and installed the new Windows driver however my PB will not connect. Windows 'beeps' when I plug it in, indicating some sort of connection but there is no connection to the Desktop program. My PB shows up in Windows File Explorer as "CD Drive PlayB" and I am able to access the new drivers to install them. Installed the drivers but when I connect my PB the PB screen still says "PlayBook is trying the install the required drivers ....." I rebooted Windows several times to be sure the driver was being loaded. Checking in Windows Task Manager - RIMBBLaunchAgent is running, as is RIM.Desktop.Auto.Update.
