Updating software problem

I have a blackberry playbook and it asks me to update the software to version 2.1.0.1314 and I click it. Every time it tries to download it always says "the software update was interrupted. Pleas save any work and restart the table to try again". Ive done that many times but it still will never update, how can i fix this?

It sounds like a disconnect is occurring on your router. Unplug the power supply to your router for 1 minute then reconnect. After the router boots up, try the download again.
