App world restriction is set by the playbook user. Pull down the menu from top bezel and change the restriction. If it was not you who set it or you forgot the password your only way round is to security wipe the playbook.

I have switched OFF the Content Settings. Yet I cannot download apps as I get the message when I try to download. Tap To Unlock, Content Restricted.
This is very annoying. Whats the solutions?
