Hi updated my OS last night on my PlayBook and now App World won't open?
The load symbol just spins around in the Centre with the blue screen in the background?
Everything else works fine, deleted my wifi setting and switched off and on but still no luck!
HELP!!
Thanks

I think you might mean "AppWorld"?
Don't turn off and back on... do a restart: touch the battery icon > restart.
Connect again to Wifi and try again.

It's just so hard to read minds here and know what you have done before, if you don't say.
You only said "and switched off and on but still no luck" so I figured that was it.
Try one or both of the workarounds suggested in this KB article, I know it refers to an older version of the PB OS, but you never know, might solve it.
Article ID: KB26939 When BlackBerry App World is opened on the BlackBerry PlayBook only a purple background is displayed and no functionality is available
Unless you've already tried those things also?

I know, but just trying to get ALL of the info you know. It does help.
You can try debricking the Playbook and reloading the OS. That's drastic, but might solve it.
If I were you, I'd give it another day. Try with your Playbook connected to another wifi router at work or a free open hotspot like McDonalds or Starbucks or a local library.
If you want the instructions on debricking, let me know.
Or you can also call your Playbook support number and see if they have another workaround.
