Re: Upgraded to new OS for PlayBook and now Apple World won't open

It's doing something in the background as the apps are flashing up for updates!!

I'll give it another day as you say and then decide which way to go! Might even try connecting it to my computer when I get 2 mins.

Debricking sounds painfully!

Thanks

I'd try connecting to another free hotspot and see if you notice the same behavior.

.only  if you catch your thumbs in...

More seriously go to settings, keyboard and switch off "correct as I type". Your text is full of examples. It's ironic that Playbook automatically corrects app to Apple, but it does....

Hi updated my OS last night on my PlayBook and now App World won't open?

The load symbol just spins around in the Centre with the blue screen in the background?

Everything else works fine, deleted my wifi setting and switched off and on but still no luck!

HELP!!

Thanks

Happened to me just once, and with 2.1.0.1088.  Restart fixed it.
