The playbook comes with a Micro usb port.
Now lets say If I want to connect an external camera directly to a playbook what cable/adapter I need.
OR even might be a converter.
Any ideas?
Need urgent help on this please.

At least for now, you can not connect such external things as cameras and USB flash drives via that USB port.

Looking for solution. PlayBook to Avision Miwand 2 portable scanner. Miwand uses a micro sd for storage and has a mini USB for connection to (IPAD) or computer. I have a PlayBook 32GB and a Shiney new Z10. Do you see a way of making these work together to scan, attach to email and send from a job Site without having an i thingy or computer available?

Jsanders not to sure how many animal pictures I'll be taking but scanning and emailing documents is the goal. I've got the idea at least although pulling off the back to access the card seems awkward. Can the same be done with a mini usb to mini usb cable, if such a thing exists? ...farm? oh! That's where splat or is that sparky the pig is from. Lol

This has been discussed before.
Use a Eyefi card. I do with my Nikkon cameras, and my PB gets the photos , as do my laptop and android phone, and they are online in a private gallery everythime I snap a picture.
Just my two cents. cheers.
