Video's on the playbook

Dear all,

I have now for some time the blackberry playbook. i'm now trying to put on some movies that i have.
I confort the original video file to a AVI and alsow to MPG2, but every time i try to place it on my tabelt with the desktop manager it gives a error that "there isn't enough space or the connection is lost". if i try to put the files on the tablet without the desktop manager it gives the messag that the video file not is supported.

What can i do to fix this?
