Does any one know if the video store will be available in the UK soon?

Re: Video store uk

It is coming!

But there's no fixed date at the moment. I'm sure that it won't be too long.

Re: Video store uk

What about in Canada...very f rustrsting RIM!  No netflix either....maybe I should return for the ipad afterall. Thought this could replace my laptop...

With no video store or netflix is there a way to "easily " the watch movies on a PB? I replac ed my laptop with this so downloading.copying is not an option. Even so I want to be able to just bit "play"

Seriously RIM I was told the PB is on par with th a ipad with OS. 2...false advertising?

[ Edited ]

I use Handbrake to convert my DVDs to video and then copy them onto the PlayBook.

I find this easy and I don't have to pay for a video that I already own.

You'd have to do the same with an iPad or Android by the way.

Re: Video store uk

Had BBPB for nearly a year now, yet still no movie store for UK market.

Looks like ipad mini is going to get another purchaser. No wonder Apple seem to dominate.
