Unable to aquire IP address --- a likely problem is which device (adsl modem/router or your second router) hands out IP address.

There is only one router of a wireless attribute. Therefore, everything at home works as normal except for the Playbook.

Yet again, arriving home, from areas where, when in range in two places, the connection worked immediately, the RIM object won't connect, with the message shown above.

I set up a replacement router today. My 8 year old roter died. I tried to use the same old SSID but half my devices were using it caused some issues. I choose a new SSID and removed old wifi profile. From playbook and then added in my new one and it worked well after.
