Will not connect

I have two playbook tablets a 16gb and 32gb both have the newest software. I am running windows 8 the newest BlackBerry Desktop Software, my 32gb will connect to Desktop manager, but the 16gb will not connect to Desktop manager. They both use to connect on my old computer. I have reinstall Desktop manager and still will not work.

As far as I know, BlackBerry Desktop Software is not really supported on Windows 8. I don't have any problem on Windows 8, but there are a lot of others which problems with it. So you are not alone, but for now there is no solution for this problem. Hopefully they will update the version of BB Desktop Software soon, and add official support for Win8.

A like is always appreciated,
