Will updating to OS 2.0 restore everything?

I have an iPod touch, I updated it and it restored everything, because of that I am worried that updating to OS 2.0 on the PlayBook will restore everything I have, Will updating to OS 2.0 restore everything? and how to avoid restoring my PlayBook while updating?

hey man, what do you mean by restore everything?

 

I did the update and no issue, all apps there and no loss of game saves either.

 

did notice that power off app is a goner but the battery icon can turn it off still.

 

there is a news stand app zinio too

 

this thing is da bomb man
