Also power off your wifi router for one minute, many have issues with DHCP locking up.

Hi, it really doesn't work. I'm desperate now! Not just because of my network but because of wireless. Now it doesn't show any networks at all. Thanks

why mark solved if it is not?
Turn off wifi on playbook.
turn off wifi and cable/DSL/Fiber modem
turn on playbook wifi and delete wifi profile
turn on modem and then wifi router
add wifi back to playbook

I had the same problem. You just need to connect the playbook yo PC, open BlackBerry Desktop, probably you wont be able to stablish connection, so you need to repair the SO. BlackBerry Desktop is gonna ask you to install new patcher or SO updates.
It takes like an hour to download and install the fix/updates, then reboot and Voilá!!!
Hope this be usefull.

Hi, sorry about that. I meant to to hit the reply button but I got that instead. Anyway, after tons of answers I've browsed, nothing seemed to work. I do everything.
So here the full story :
First, my home wifi didn't connect (but it showed and worked fine on other devices). Then I tried reset the router, turn off the modem for a while like everybody suggested. But it didn't work, either.
Then I decided to security wiped it. It restarted like the new one supposed to (select country, language).
But when it came to "Connect to wifi" stage, my connection didn't show. Actually, every connections didn't show up. So I manually connect to the network and it just kept on connecting…went on forever.
That's pretty much it (I updated the software, does it matter)
Thanks
