alerts

When adding a series of meetings, I accidentally left the recurrence as daily when it should have been weekly. Despite cancelling all occurrences, I still get a daily alert. Any ideas please on how to cancel these alerts.

Thanks

Re: alerts

If you're sure you deleted the entire series of events then I suggest a reboot of the Playbook. tap the battery icon and then tap restart.

Re: alerts

Thanks very much. I have done that, but I will have to wait till tomorrow to see if it has solved it ie when it would give me an alert for tomorrow's ghost event.

Re: alerts

I have done that a few times also but had no problems correcting it. It will ask if you want to correct the current occurrence of the meeting or all future occurrences. Just check of all future occurrences and you should be fine.
