android player problems after update to playbook os


after updated plybook tablet to os 2.10.1032 the android player does not open and so none android app from app store starts. Have doned wiping, and factory reset with Desktop Software from PC, with no results.

Please help.

I had that problem also at one time.  It was self-inflicted and my only recourse was to wipe and do the de-brick to install a complete new OS 2.1.x release and all is well.
