Hi the black berry app world and browser  have some how been deleated anyone no how i cant get it back i have tried to download it but wont worl can you do a factory reset? thank you :-)

Welcome to the BB Community...

to download BB Appworld to ur BB from a desktop/laptop, open the link from ur desktop/laptop and follow the instructions given on that webpage

but at first, u need to be sure whether these Apps has been deleted from ur BB or not...to find out, open "options", then go to "device" and then go to "Application Management"...there see, if these 2 Apps are available or not...

hi i have tried cant find them but when i try to download it by laptop it is say i can not down load via usb but when i try on the playbook it wont do it either?

I don't understand any of that either. You can't download the App world icon from App World that way.

Not sure if he even has a Playbook to look at.

If you are absolutely sure the icons are not just hiding at the bottom of the home page or on one of the home pages scrolling to thew right, then you really ought to back up your data and do a Security Wipe (Settings, Security, Security Wipe) and set uo the Playbook again from scratch. Make sure you know your BlackberryID and password first.

I heard that if you move all icons on home screen to the dock/bar and do a 3 button reset (power Vol + and Vol - ) they come back to their orig location
