i cant get any apps to download its connected through my wifi and the browser is working fine.keep getting the same error meass age 003 -001 anybody help please

Do you receive this error when purchasing applications or downloading free applications?  Also is there a message with the error code?

A couple of things you can try.

Disconnect from your wifi connection and then delete it.

Reconnect to your wifi connection and enter your wireless key. Restart AppWorld.

If it still doesn't wark, try to buy an app, and enter your BlackBerry ID password. Cancel after the password has been confirmed.

Try to download an app again.

It happens with both free and paid apps and I do get error meassages.I've rebooted it where you press the off button and volume buttons at the same time since then it has worked better and downloaded a few apps but takes about 4 or 5 attemtts
