blackberry bridge problems

Bbm icon is not apearing on my playbook ,someone told me to contact the support ,they asked me about the serial nimber ,when I enterd the serial # they said that my playbook doesn't qualify the complimentary support ,please help me first at the bbm icon ,why it isn't apearing

Hi abdulmalikhs,

Did you installed latest BlackBerry Bridge and BBM apps on your BlackBerry smartphone? Did you paired your smartphone and PlayBook? Do you see BlackBerry bridge folder?
