blackberry playbook OS version 2.1.0.1088 camera error ( error.4003 picture)

As my first boot on my playbook i had to get a newer OS version version 2.1). i tried to take a picture but i can't take any pictures as it comes with an error message (error.4003 picture). how can i fix this? if it can not be fixed how can i download the old OS version of the playbook ( version 1.0)

That error is usually a hardware problem so I doubt you're going to be able to fix it. Read through this thread:

Thanks for your help but what shall I do now should I return the playbook or should I wait for the next OS update version?

I would contact RIM support to get it sorted. I doubt the next OS upgrade will fix it.
