I'm stuck. my playbook wont finish loading a site on browser and i cant open a new window or close it. totally frozen even when I shut it down and restart. what can i do?

Is it a website in particular or all websites?

Are you able to clear the browser cache / data and try again?

I can't swipe the bezel because it's totally frozen. so can't get into clear the browser. any other options? please

can't swipe the bezel. it's frozen. what about a security wipe and then restore?? is that too drastic? it's loading ESPN for 2 days now. can't make anything happen on the browser but the rest of playbook is totally fine

Unplug your router for a minute or two and see if that makes any difference.
