I just pulled my new playbook out of the box and started on the set up.when i get to the ID agreement page it says..." unable to display the blackberry agreement. Please select your country and language,then try again."
Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong here?

Ok so this is the 2nd day and now 2nd playbook. still cant get through the inital set up. 4 hours on the phone yesterday and going on another 2 today. why cant someone just tell me what the problem is and what to do to fix it? I'm about done with this!

I have full bars here in the office with our WiFi,i have tried other WiFi's with the same issue. I know i'm connected because i can browse with my playbook. it just wount except "united states (engish) or anything else for that matter.

Have you tried to select United States? i know it sound silly but could help you, besides you didnt say what country you selected
